My good friend Ed Worele's Cessna T-41A. Complete strip and repaint using Jet-Glo Process. All military markings were done as per U.S. Military Specs. All markings done in paint - No Decals !! The only decals used on this project were new decals for the prop blades. Hope you enjoy the photos.

Here are a few before shots:

All cleaned down and acid etched:

Good coat of Alodyne:

Cleaned the inside of the cowl, acid etched, alodyned, and expoxy primered.

Epoxy Corrosion Primed, sanded and ready for paint.

Painted with Insignia White. Used laser line to set all the markings per U.S. Military T.O. Specs.

Insignia Blue & Insignia Red

I custom mixed the low gloss black for the anti glare. Set it at 75% gloss per Ed's suggestion. Spot On !

Also painted the prop tips at 4" of yellow per Govt. Specs.

Painted on Squadron and Command insignias to represent the aircraft's prior Military Service.
