| There's nothing like
customizing something to reflect your own taste, style, design, and
attitude. Yes, it might cost a little bit extra, but nothing creates
a statement like a true custom performed in good taste.
Take a look at few custom items we've done on some of our
airplanes, and a few for customers who wanted a unique design.
Powder Coating:
Nothing says "custom" quite like powder coating some item on an
aircraft. Not all things can be powder coated, so as with any
refinishing process, care should be taken to apply it where and when
it is needed or desired.
Here are a few examples of some items you may want to powder coat

Other items you may want to powder coat are small
things like ash trays, pull strap caps, shimmy damper housings,
brake cylinders, rudder pedals, etc.
The cost for powder coating depends on the item and
the amount of cleaning required. Items pre-cleaned will obviously
cost less. Remember you cannot powder coat any item that has fluid
in it, has seals of any kind installed, or has any type of plastic
or electrical wiring installed. Most of these items, however, can be
powder coated when these items are removed.
